This addition and home remodel of one of Park Hill‘s finest homes included the construction of a new casual dining room, and the renovation of the kitchen, guest suite, garage, and basement. Great care was taken to blend the new with the old, matching the stucco finish, interior and exterior trim details, roof materials, and the form and feel of this Denver historic home on Forest Parkway.
