The project included new entrances and large steel canopies, new storefront glazing, and a complete new exterior skin for the building. Division One Construction’s vision to redevelop a dilapidated old building into a Denver commercial construction modern retail center gave this building and ultimately the neighborhood a fresh face and feeling, helping to contribute to the revitalization of a classic Denver thoroughfare.
