Country Club Contemporary Remodel

This substantial residential construction remodel in Denver’s Country Club neighborhood brought the existing house into the modern, contemporary age (and beyond). Sited on a terraced landscape, the new design includes a tiled and stainless steel clad exterior, vast expanses of commercial glazing, cantilevered balconies, large motorized skylights, and poured-in-place concrete chimneys. Inside, the open floor plan is deceptively simple and clean, concealing highly sophisticated heating, communication, and electrical systems.
