About Division One’s Principal/Owner
Kirk Cochran is the Principal and Owner of Division One Construction in Denver. A Colorado native and fourth generation Coloradan, Kirk has extensive knowledge about the Denver area and about historic homes and renovations, and he is passionate about his business and his customers. As a Denver home builder, contractor and remodeler, Kirk is the best of the best in home building and renovations.
As the Owner and Director of Construction at Division One, Kirk is OSHA Certified, and he holds a Class B License in metro Denver and surrounding cities. Kirk studied Real Estate and Construction Management at University of Denver, received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of Colorado, and completed his associates Degree in Outdoor Education from Colorado Mountain College.
